Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), this notice describes the methods of processing personal data provided by users through the rental management system of Re Yoga srl Società Benefit (hereinafter “ReYoga”).

2. Processed data
ReYoga may process the personal data entered by the user during the rental request or management of the related order, including, by way of example:
- identification and contact details (name, surname, email, telephone number)
- tax and billing information (tax code, VAT number, SDI data where necessary)
- data relating to the event and the rental request
- shipping and collection data
- any notes or information provided spontaneously by the user
- technical usage and security data, such as IP address, user agent and data relating to consent acceptance
3. Purpose of the processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- receiving and managing the rental request
- Contact the user for assistance, clarifications or support relating to the request sent
- order management, delivery, collection and any after-sales or post-rental assistance
- fulfillment of administrative, fiscal, accounting and legal obligations
- protection of the owner’s rights and management of system security
- service improvement, limited to activities directly related to the management of the request or order
No marketing activities are carried out, no newsletter subscriptions are made, and the data is not used for promotional communications.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR, as it is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at the data subject’s request and, subsequently, for the performance of the rental contract.
Acceptance of the information and data processing requested from the user at the first step of the procedure constitutes acknowledgement and confirmation of the processing for the purposes indicated above.
5. Methods of processing
Processing is carried out using electronic and organizational tools suitable for guaranteeing the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the data, adopting adequate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, disclosure, or unlawful use of the information.
6. Communication of data to third parties
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties in any way, except where strictly necessary to provide the requested service.
In particular, the data may be communicated exclusively to:
- couriers, freight forwarders or logistics operators, for the management of deliveries and collections
- suppliers of technical or administrative services strictly necessary for the functioning of the management system and the provision of the service, if appointed as data controllers, where necessary,
- public authorities or bodies, in the cases provided for by law
7. Retention period
Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the rental request, any subsequent order, and related legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and documentation requirements.
Once this period has elapsed, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless further retention is necessary to meet regulatory obligations or to protect the data subject’s rights.
8. Rights of the interested party
At any time, the interested party may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including:
- right of access to personal data
- right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”), in the cases provided for by law
- right to restriction of processing
- right to object, where applicable
- right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority

9. Nature of the data provision
Providing the mandatory data is necessary to submit the rental request and allow ReYoga to process it correctly. Failure to provide this data may make it impossible to process the request or provide the service.
10. User contact
By submitting a rental request, you agree that ReYoga may contact you exclusively for purposes related to managing your request, any orders you place, providing assistance, and improving the service directly related to it.
These contacts are not of an independent promotional or commercial nature and do not constitute subscription to newsletters or other marketing communications.
11. Updates to this information
ReYoga reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The updated version will be posted first in the Italian version HERE.
