All of our mats are adherent, but, depending on the type of materials used, some present more grip than others when it comes to sweating.

Generally, if the practice is very intense you tend to sweat, so you will need a mat that can absorb sweat without leaving a slippery film on its surface. If instead, the practice is static you generally sweat less and a closed-cell surface mat (therefore impermeable) is preferable for its lower cost and greater lightness. However, there are exceptions: people who never sweat on their hands and feet, and those who sweat a lot, regardless of the type of practice. For us “Light sweating” includes both people who never sweat and those whose practice hardly leads them to sweat (and if it does, it’s only for a short time): in this case, there is no need to have a very performing mat with regards to sweating. “Heavy sweating”, on the other hand, includes everyone who normally have constant sweating on their hands and feet and those whose practice is intense and causes them to sweat most of the time.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1552304847301{padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_btn title=”LIGHT SWEATING” style=”flat” color=”green” size=”lg” align=”center” button_block=”true” css=”.vc_custom_1712566785213{padding-top: 8px !important;padding-right: 8px !important;padding-bottom: 8px !important;padding-left: 8px !important;}” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fproducts.reyoga.eu%2Fen%2Fyoga-mat-test%2Fsoft-yoga-mats-for-static-yoga%2F”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_btn title=”HEAVY SWEATING” style=”flat” color=”green” size=”lg” align=”center” button_block=”true” css=”.vc_custom_1712566865584{padding-top: 8px !important;padding-right: 8px !important;padding-bottom: 8px !important;padding-left: 8px !important;}” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fproducts.reyoga.eu%2Fen%2Fyoga-mat-test%2Fthick-yoga-mats-for-static-yoga-with-great-grip-even-when-sweating%2F”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section tab_id=”dynamic-stability” title=”Dynamic-Stability” el_class=”fisaguidablocco”][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1710248490853{padding-top: 1px !important;background-color: #f9f9f9 !important;}”][vc_column_inner css=”.vc_custom_1710248617680{padding-top: 15px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text]

Your answers: DYNAMIC YOGA – STABILITY

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1552304855379{padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;}”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1711106164240{padding-top: 12px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]

How much do your hands and feet sweat during Yoga practice?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1711105791523{padding-top: 12px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]

Another feature not to underestimate in a yoga mat is the grip.
